TIAX's protective systems development approach is driven by ever-increasing customer needs to improve warfighter and first responder performance, survival and comfort. TIAX brings over 15 years of experience in systems engineering; human-centered clothing and equipment design; test and evaluation; and Human Systems Integration (HSI). Our capabilities include human factors engineering, electronics, industrial design, and mechanical engineering. We are a leader in integrating equipment onto the human body to maximize “fightability”. We have led, or been a major part of, almost all of the Army's warrior system programs, as well as individual warrior programs for the USMC and Air Force. These efforts have enabled us to hone our skills and methodologies to produce fighting systems with an optimized balance of human and equipment performance.
