TIAX is developing a novel electrolyte platform that broadens the operating temperature and voltage range of Li-ion batteries. The TIAX technology provides an enhanced operating temperature range and expanded operating voltage range compared to electrolytes employed in today's commercial Li-ion cells. The TIAX electrolytes enable the development of smaller, lighter, and less expensive batteries for Military and automotive applications (HEV, PHEV and EV).
